CANCELLATION POLICY
We are happy to issue a full refund if we receive your request before May 4, 2015. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel your registration on or before June 8, 2015. Cancellations received on or after June 9, 2015, including no-shows, will result in forfeiture of 100% of fees paid. Registrations may not be reinstated once they have been cancelled. If you wish to re-register, the current registration fee will apply. Please note that you will also need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.
